VH1 movie help?!

Question: I just watched this movie that was on VH1 and it was about black history month. I could recognize a lot of the actors/actresses, and it seems pretty recent. I remember there was Bow Wow, Nick Cannon, and "Zero" from Holes. Anyway the main plot of the movie kind of revolved around roller skating(of course there were other events). thanks for your help!
