Question: Man, oh man!!! I recently saw some clips and scenes from a war movie, that I just have to get!!! It showed a bunch of people, whose plane crashed on this island, which is in the middle of a bloody cival war. Rather than getting killed themselves, the plane crash survivors pick up guns, and start blasting, as well (...including a blind woman, and a vietnam vet, who looks he wears a necklace made of ears)...

...well, the 'ear necklace' was the clincher, as far as answering this particular question; you're obviously referring to the riotous and oh-so bloody 1988 action cheapie, produced and distributed by the folks over at the Troma Studios, and called "Troma's War"....
...how about that character in the film, who has AIDS, and purposely goes around to everyone, trying to infect them; really, really sick, right???
