i'm the kind who secretly wishes i was brave enough to shhhh the loud people. and then when i leave the theatre and am driving home i play out fantasies in my head of me shushing them and then everyone applauding me and Jesus giving me a high five.... and scene.
Neither. The reason why is either people are more polite around here or making noise is an expected part of the movie going experience. Go see "The Rocky Horror Picture Show" in a theater, then you'll understand.
lol fruitdog I am like that also. I really wish I could pour my drink on the rude people who can sometimes ruin a movie experience. It's ridiculous. The ushers should come into the theatre more often and tell those people they need to respect others and quiet down. One moment I will never forget was when a guy's cell phone started to ring and he had the nerve to answer it and start a conversation the older gentlemen behind him leaned forward and kept shhhhhh-ing him and when he finally hung up he(older gentlemen) loudly said "some people are just so rude" I wanted to give him a round of applause.
im the one saying shhh to others...i still remember one time...when i was watching 'The Day After Tomorrow'...there was a woman...she keep kicking my chair!!..i was pissed and went straight foward to her..
I would be the person bitching about the guy who talks too loud. I never say sshhh, I always rub it in!
