What Movie / TV Show is This?!
Question: I've been tryin to find the name of a science fiction movie I saw a long time ago. It has cyborgs that have figured out how to keep living past their expiration date by using human blood as fuel. The one way to kill them is by shoving a knife through the cyborg's forehead. The story is about a cyborg (possibly Rutger Hower or someone who looks like him), who is charged with killing all of the rogue cyborgs. He is aided by a human girl. At one part in the movie he gets cut in half and then attaches another cyborgs legs to himself. I saw it on TV a long time ago, but I can't remember if it was a movie or a tv show.
