Is Evan almighty part 2 of Bruce almighty?!

Kind of. Although it is focused on Evan instead of Bruce. I suppose you could call it a sequel- its just based on another character out of the first movie.

It is in a way, God is still the same but he chooses another human to 'test', so in essence yes, it's part 2.

Evan Almighty is Part 2. They couldn't get Jim Carey to do a sequel so they got the guy from the movie "40 year old Virgin" to do it. Its the same principal but different guy. Enjoy the movie.
Yes if you have seen Bruce Almighty, Evan is the news reporter in it and in Evan Almighty he is the same character.
I didn't think that this one was as good as the first though.
