...uh, I would have to vie for the Blob on this one, for at least slowing up the works for the ol' Terminator; the Big 'B' would easily acidically nix the so-called 'living tissue over cybernetic components', and as far as the Terminator moving THROUGH the Blob, well, that would be not unlike you or I, trying to move, or walk quickly through water...
...Blob 1, Terminator...well, he ain't stoppin', but he ain't gettin' anything done, either
...now, if the ol' Terminator can decipher the chemical make-up of the Blob, and eventully deduce that freezing the creature in some way, would stop it, well that's an entirely different story...
