What's so hard about paying for movies?!
Question: Why is everyone so cheap? half the questions seem to be "where can i get free movies?" it's almost like feel they are owed free entertainment. anyone else sick of this?

I'm with you man. How hard is it to shell out $15 a month for Netflix or something? sheez.

Movie rentals are super reasonable now, and you can't swing a dead cat without hitting a video rental store!
you dunno if you are going to like a movie because a ticket is oh so expensive so people go for free instead.
I agree. It costs these film makers millions of dollars to make these films to entertain us, we can atleast spend the $10.
I wouldn't say that everyone is asking just because they're cheap. I've watched movies only because it really the only access I have to movies. I go to college in a small farm town and we only have one screen in town and they usually play kids movies. the next closest theater is 45 minutes away. We have one movie rental store and it's really just a tiny corner in the grocery store with barely any movies. And I don't want to have to pay a monthly rate when I don't use it every month.

A question that can be answered so many ways, but I understand what you mean. My guess is since that option is available...why not? People will do according to their situation..like Lisa... I can see why she would choose to watch a movie online, small town w/ one horse? Myself I choose to rent, because I don't have the time..unless it's a movie that I must see..like the next Batman, I'll pay the $10-15 to see it.
People will do accordingly...but you do have people out there who abuse ( for lack of a better word) the luxury of free movies, and they do feel that they are "owed" free entertainment in that since it would make me sick.
