although I would not mind at if There Will Be Blood won, both deserve it
Actor - Daniel Day Lewis
No competition. Perhaps the greatest performance in many years
Actress - Julie Christie
although Marion Cotillard could very easily win too
Supporting Actor- Javier Bardem
but I wouldnt mind seeing Casey Affleck win and Hal Holbrook make get a sympathetic/career award
Supporting Actress - Cate Blanchett
Ruby Dee may win for same reasons as Hal Holbrook but Tilda Swinton has a chance too
Directing - Joel and Ethan Coen
if not them then, Paul Thomas Anderson, Julian Schnabel has a small chance
Writing (Adapted) - No Country for Old Men
Maybe Atonement, bu probably not
Writing (Original) - Juno
may also go to Michael Clayton or The Savages
Animated Feature - Ratatouille
Ratatouille will win, but Persepolis needs to be considered
