Which film do you think should win the Oscar for Best Picture at tonight's A!
Question: In case you forgot, the nominees are:
Atonement
Juno
Michael Clayton
No Country for Old Men
There Will Be Blood
Answers: In case you forgot, the nominees are:
Atonement
Juno
Michael Clayton
No Country for Old Men
There Will Be Blood
No Country For Old Men.
It was a serious, troubling, brilliant film. And they're not going to give it to Juno (a comedy). They're not going to give it to a Brit romance this year, even if serious. George Clooney's already had enough recognition for now, they'll think. The only competition will be There Will Be Blood. But i think No Country will take it home.
What do you think?
I haven't seen all the movies yet but I thought No Country for Old Men was brilliant. Javier Bardem was frightening to watch.
Juno
Definately Juno or Atonement.
I haven't seen them all. No Country for Old Men and Atonement are both very good. Attonement's definately the better of the two. I think Juno is probably the best of the lot and most deserving, but I haven't seen it yet or There Will be Blood.
Michael Clayton should not have been nominated and there's definately something shifty going on.
