last i heard the new film is set after the last one. there is a terminator 5 in the pipeline but that will be it. there was meant to be a few stars from t3 in the next film as they were contracted for 2 more movies but that could change.

Think of the last "part 4" sequal you saw that was any good. Times up. The answer is: there aren't any. I can 100% guarantee you Cameron won't direct it. It will go to some thrid rate hack like Eli Roth, Michael Bay, or Brett Ratner.

I read somewhere that the people who were behind Charlies angels would be directing T4 and that John Connor was going to be played by Christian Bale.
