seeds is how many uploaders there are and leechers is how many people are downloading. Which one to pick? Well USUALLY the best one is the most seeds and leechers. But personally I look for DVDRIP or DVDSCR. DVDrip is a dvd copy and SCR is basicly same thing but a little less quality. Always remember to read the comments. Its right next to the seeds number, read those and they will tell you if its a good copy or not. CAM is camera, straight bootleg.
