So If anyone has tips on what to do, advice on how to start, what you need (equipment), or even better any movie makers willing to give some tips. ok, for beginners, this is what i think they should have:

1. A camera (this is probably the most important thing every filmmaker should have)

2. Actors (you need someone to do the acting unless you can do it by yourself but that's really hard)

3. An editing software (this will save you lots of troubles because you can cut out what you don't like)

4. Be Creative!!! (this is probably the most important one of all, you have to be really creative in order to make a good movie)

This is what i think are the basic needs in order to make a movie.

oops?

aaaaaaaaah a camera is a good place to start
and maybe some lights
and how about a location
and maybe a trailer for the actors
and a caterer
and a life
oh and some actors or actress's

its an importante question and a hard one to answer...

but the most important thing is that "watchin different movie..."
its mean that try to watch various kind of movie ...
and lots of movie...

and there is an exercise...
1.watch a movie with sound and enjoy it.
2.second time make the sound off and focus on the acting of the actor.
3. at the next time without any sound just focus on decopaj.
4.this time again without sound focus on mizansen...
and so on

A DVD that puts the whole art of movies into perspective is "Make Your Own Damn Movie" by Lloyd Kaufman. Helps you on everything from financing to camera angles. A true instructional if you will. Also, since beginners will most likely be making shorts, I live by "Short Forms 101:How to make a short and Launch your Filmmaking career" a book by Frederick Levy.

One hint for all aspiring moviemakers, is, experiment. Thats what the beginning stages are for. Dont be scared to try different things. Enter film festivals. Also, just go out there and do it. Dont hesistate or procrasinate. Just do It. The film industry moves fast, better catch up slow poke.
