Scary movies? Dark, eerie, and down-right scary!?!

Question: Okay, I have already seen movies like "night of the living dead", saw trilogy, the ring, exorcist, sixth sense, halloween, hills have eyes, blair witch, devil's reject, descent, and practically any old or modern movie you can think of. Although, i don't understand the whole "slaughterhouse-trend" these days from movies like saw, and hostel, they were great suspense thrillers, but definitely not scary whatsoever, a little bit disturbing, but that's all. Something like blair witch was simple, almost no tearing body parts or eating human flesh, but hey, it was at least true to the word "scary". Err...anyways, enough banter. I was wondering if someone can name a movie that will actually "scare", and i mean scare, not some grueling movie of tourista. But here is the catch, it has to be something strong enough to scare an adult to urinate-in-their-pants. If you can't find anything in my required field, then the most scary movie you've watched as an adult :) Much gratitude. :)

Unrest
Gravedancers
The Hamiltons
Tooth and Nail (not sure if its on dvd yet)
Boarderland (again not sure if its on dvd yet)

Some of the Japanese stuff, like the Audition.

No movie is scary if you watch them in broad daylight or with friends around. I can watch the simplest scary movie and put it in the right setting and scare the heck out of me. for ex. the movie called Penny Dreadful. I watched it at 2:00 am in the morning, in a house all alone, and it scared the crap out of me. It's all about setting. I am a scary movie freak too. So if you find some good ones, past them on.

Wolf Creek...really scary haha. its set in Australia and roughly based on true events...about backpackers travelling in the outback.....worth watching!
