None of them I find scary. If you list Reagan McNeil/Demon then I'd have to go with that since Demons are supposedly pure evil (not my belief, but okay).

I'm gonna have to go with one not on the list, Jigsaw. The way he kills people...it's sh!t that could possibly happen. I don't know what i'd do if i was put i one of those situations!

Either Freddy or Damien. Those would be the Scariest. Freddy because he can kill you in your sleep and Damien, He is the son of the devil.

I think the alien was just an animal, and not really evil, but if i had to pick one, i would say fredy kruger. he was evil when he was alive, and when he died, he not only came back, but came back in people's dreams. and the people he killed weren't even the ones who'd killed him! talk about misplaced anger.
