I've only seen two of Hitchcock movies, "The Birds" and "Psycho" for a class I was talking. Loved them both. I loved how nothing was very gory in those two movies but it was still very scary. He knows how to do scenes that mess with the viewers mind.
-Roxanne
the birds
rear window
frenzy
Same as you, but my second favourite is Rear Window then The Birds.
Good question :)
how can you choose only two? the man who new too much was great, as was torn curtain. you have the more famous ones like psycho, vertigo and the birds. cant choose.
Psycho, The Birds and then a later and lesser known but still very good one called Frenzy.
You can't really narrow it to 3, but......
North By Northwest
Psycho
It Takes A Thief
there is also...
Notorious
The Birds
Rear Window
Vertigo
Sabotage
The Man Who Knew Too Much
Dial M for Murder......and many more
My all time is. Jamaica inn. the first he directed. try it
Weekend at Bernie's
Meatballs
Citizen Kane
North by Northwest, Rear Window, Marnie - yes Marnie!
To Catch a Thief
North By Northwest
Notorious
psycho 1 2 3
I've only seen two of his movies but I've seen several episodes of his tv show. I will be the odd one out and say that I wasn't impressed by Psycho. However I enjoyed Torn Curtain.
Rear Window
The Man Who Knew Too Much
North by Northwest
# 1 Marnie
#2 The Trouble With Harry
#3 Rear Window
(#2 is always under rated & forgotton by Hitchcock fans, yet it's wicked funny.)
Only three?
I'll have to go with
-Vertigo
-Shadow of a Doubt
-Psycho
I thought this would be really easy to answer, but I am rackin my tiny brain for an answer, I think Psycho, of course, then possibly Stranger on a Train because I remember being allowed to stay up and watch it when I was 10 and just had my tonsils out!! And thirdly, Vertigo!
Psycho
The Birds
Rope
the birds
dial m for murder
vertigo
.....
North By Northwest-the best film about mistaken identity ever
Psycho
Rear Window
