Question: Ok this movie is about 2 sisters and a brother. The older sister and brother use to pick on the younger sister all the time. Well one day they we were all in the car and the brother and younger sister decided that they were going to tie their older sister's shoes. The car ended up in an accident or something. They all got out but the older sister couldn't because she couldn't untie her shoes. So she died in the car explosion. Anyway, this sister comes back as a ghost and convices that she needs to kill the rest of the family. Her brother ends up braking an arm i think and the mother dies from electricution in the bath tub. the older sister that died had blond her. That's all I remember.
