They haven't been "officially" released yet but they will be. Lucas is still saying that he has two more versions of the movies to be released ... the 3D versions and the "Super" versions, whatever the hell that means. If Lucas is still on the "time table" he loosely set after ep III was released then we will see a 10 disk box set of all the Star Wars movies and all the extras you could ever want sometime in 2012.
for some reason they don't have a 6 movie set yet, they don't even have a prequel trilogy set, just the original trilogy

They have the original on set, but if would be a huge waste of money to put the new trilogy in a set because it was so bad that no one except the truly hard-core star wars fans (aprox. 0.00000000000000000000000000000000000000... % of the population of your local Wal-Mart) would buy it because episodes one and two were so bad.
