I'd imagine so, although, with the film being about pirates, would pirating the dvd, not support the pirates, and thus, support the continuation of the pirates of the carribean, and therefore be beneficial to the distributors? Interesting question my friend, I'd say yes you can pirate a pirate copy of pirates of the carribean, but, it shouldnt be illegal as it supports the makers of the movie

Sure, if you don't mind owning a crappy copy of a crappy copy of something decent. OR, you could go to your local store, and find a brand new copy of the movie in excellent condition for less money.
