Worst: Either Bloodrayne or Alone in the Dark
none of them are really that good but tomb raider is the best

Not sure what I would say the best is but I can say that Silent Hill was definitely the worst.

Worst: Anything by Uwe Boll. He makes video game movies, movies that absolutely suck might I add.

--definitely a let-down for gamers who prefer the game storyline.
I think the best video game movie would have to be Silent hill as it's camera angles, sound, visuals and music were true to the games.
worst has to be a three way tie between street fighter, Mario Bros and DOA.
I don't know if this counts but Stay Alive is the best movie sort of based on a video game. (if you haven't watch it and you'll know what I'm talking about)
