What's your budget? How about a drama about a home robbery of a drug dealer with children. Then there is a stand off with the cops. Lots you could do with that. Good luck
If you can't come up with a plot why are you making a movie?
My best advice, if you are serious about film making, is to get involved in theater groups (at your high school or college) and film enthusiasts. Just get involved with others who also want to make movies.
Yahoo Answers isn't the best place to look for this if you're actually serious about it.

Be good to do a thiller/horror that involves guns n drugs.
Think of it as a psychopath who's drugs were reposessed
by a certain cop and he was thrown in jail for
15yrs so after getting out the psychopath goes after
the cop to kill him.
The case of mistaken identity works best.
Gang "A" is aware that Gang "B" has a house set up somehwere.
they think they find the house, but it is the wrong house and bust in on a normal schmo. They leave him for dead, but he isn't.
he comes back seeking revenge against BOTH gangs.
Or something like that
