OHHHH...there are a lot more. Some of the above are more spy or cross into other genres like Western, but they all involve crime and I really enjoyed them.

Try Lock, Stock, and two Smoking Barrels, if you prefer a funny crime movie, and try Eastern Promises if you are looking for a just plain bad *** film.
Check out The Boondock Saints. It's more of a revenge film against a russian crime syndicate, but it's a great small movie.
Payback with Mel gibson is also a great flick.
"Heat" with Al Pacino, Robert De Niro
is pretty good
