Question: A guy which weared a rocket bag which enabled him to fly and his girlfriend were struggling with some Nazi guy on his blimp at the end of the movie. If I remember correctly the Nazi organization tried to steal the rocket bag in order to use it in military purposes.

If it came out in the 90s...maybe even late 80s...., it's called "The Rocketeer." I saw it when I was a kid, very cool.
