Question: Ok guys.. I was watching the movie online and I noticed the site I was watching it on doesnt show me every scene... It doesnt show me the very beginning, but I am not worried about that... It doesn't show me the scene right after he has to kill sam, can anyone tell me exactly what happens... on the site I was on the next thing that it shows me is the scene with neville quoting shrek for the boy...

I can't tell you in exact detail, but basically, he is forced to kill Sam, and is totally destroyed.
He gets in his car, and is blinded by tears and rage & goes out at night running down as many of the dark seekers as he possibly can. His car rolls over, and just as he's about to be overtaken by them, he's rescued by a woman and the boy who have heard his radio calls and came to meet him.
He wakes up to find the two of them there, and is very awkward and the woman makes breakfast for them. She talks about going to some safe place in Vermont or somewhere, and he freaks out and says that the is no cure and screams and leaves the table. Then he comes back down and I believe that's when he starts quoting the Shrek.
Hope that helps you. It's not exact, but it's what I remember.
EDIT: She says he was trying to commit suicide, because that's basically what he was doing. He was so grief-stricken over Sam that he wanted out. My thoughts are that he just couldn't bear the thought of living completely alone. He figured the best way to do it would be to take out as many of the dark seekers as he could while he was at it. He just got in his car, even though it was dark, and started driving. He drove down to the pier, mowing down all of the dark seekers in his path and then crashed. He knew he would be killed doing that, but that was how he wanted to go. Most of this isn't said out loud, it's just something you pick up watching it.
He goes crazy and goes out at night after the zombie guy... that's how he met the woman and boy, they saved his life... they heard his daily broadcast on the radio.
You missed quite alot, I'd watch the scene, purchase the movie or find a link with the complete movie.

After he killed Samantha, he wanted to take revenge for his dog so he went in his car....drive it where the infected are then hit them all over, or saying he actually wanted to killed them with one hit but of course they somehow manage to avoid it!! then when he is pinned down by the infected the girl saved him using a powerful UV light that make the infected go away!!..
I guess that all of it!!.... but I recommend you to watch the complete version again so you can be satisfy with the movie!!
