I mean, I wouldn't want that for every movie, but I think it can be very effective if the end is something dramatic and crazy.
Because then I am really into what CAUSES that, and who those people are, and why they're doing what they're doing. I think it's fun. I don't think you should watch movies just for the ending. The whole of the movie is the important thing! :}
Sometimes it can become confusing, yes.
But most of the times I'm cool with it. The Hours did that - and I thought it was done wonderfully.
