There was this old-looking zombie movie, where....??!
Question: ....this eight-year-old zombie boy goes to suckle his mommy's boobie, and actually starts to do so, but then he bites her nipple and half of her boobie off; the rest of the zombie movie was pretty ordinary, but it was that one scene that still sticks out in my mind, and I want to find it!!!

...there was a scene very much like what you descibe, in an early '80's Italian zombie movie, entitled, "The Nights of Terror", which was released here in the States, under the alternate title, "Burial Ground"; if I recall correctly, the little boy in the movie, was actually a midget...
