Was 10,000 b.c. intended to be a comedy?!

Question: I don't think it was, but for some reason I couldn't stop laughing during it!
Whoever made it had a strange sense of humor, especially with the retarded Atlantean guy that wore a blanket on his head!
What do you think?

i watched it 2 days ago. first few minutes it's kinda boring but it's get better afterward. maybe it's kinda lame in some part but it's not that bad either. just average movie that i wouldn't watch twice and wouldn't recommend it to other peoples.

i don't think this movie meant to be funny or sarcasm, i think it's meant to be epic like 300 or gladiator but it seems they failure of it.

No, I saw it tonight. It could have been as good or better than 300 if it had more battle scenes and gore though. Loved 300, best movie ever!

It was intended to insult our intelligence. And it succeeded.

no it wasn't intended to be either stupid or funny. Its just that the people that made it are idiots.

Can't be as good as 300, 300 was the best old fighting movie ever! 10,000 is prolly real, it may be interesting, But some people say it looks dumb.

The group of people behind me were laughing most of the movie too. Some parts were funny, 'if i help you, you better not eat me' lol. By that point it was like they were making fun of their own movie. Kinda like 'you guys fell for the great previews and right about now you realizing how bad this movie really is.' Bad acting ruined some awesome graphics/scenery. Victim of too much hype - not horrible but definately a let down.
