The original version was a movie made in the early 80's with Carol Burnett, Tim Curry, and Bernadette Peters. In that version, Annie was a curly top red head, and there was no can-can.
There was a made for tv version that came out between 5 and 10 years ago starring Victor Garber, Audra McDonald, and Kathy Bates. In that version, Annie's hair was straight, and more of a reddish brown. I don't remember if there was a can-can number or not though.

well the 1st version is the one made in the 80's the 2nd version is a newer one.....in the first annie, she had red puffy hair and the second i believe it was brown so i believe u have an awnser.....
