Question: You know how you can make a still frame, well how can you have a still frame but with a person who's moving in it. I've seen it in a beer commercial where everyone at the party froze but one guy was moving and explaining how the beer was awesome. Anyway do you need a special program? p.s. what's your favorite film editing software?

What they did is they first filmed everyone in the background of the scene, then they used a green screen and had the person who was talking walk and talk in front of it. After they uploaded it to a computer they used a video editing software (the best being Final Cut Pro for an apple computer) and then put the video of everyone in the background underneath the person talking (layering it) and then just made it a still frame by taking a screen shot, but the person in front of the green screen still moves.
It sounds more complicated then it is
But by far Final Cut Pro (part of Final Cut Studio) only available for an apple computer is the best video editing software
