Put it this way, when Bigus Dickus says his own name it would be Biguth Dickuth. He has a very bad lisp.

Dicus has a bad lisp, but it isnt how he says it, it is actually about what words he used - eg. we want bigus dicus, thats what makes it funny, its all about innuendo.

You're right (unlike your answerers so far), Caesar had the speach impediment in Monty Python's "Life of Brian", and when Bigus Dicus spoke, he always said words that began with the letter R for Caesar to repeat. That's what was funny about when they spoke.
