The website is illegal, however, watching movies there is not because YOU are not actually stealing the movie (downloading), just watching it (streaming). It's like watching a NBC Saturday Night Live clip on youtube before they take it down for copyright.

Its illegal but the chances of you getting "caught" and prosecuted are slim to none, don't stress over it.
