Are there any more movies like this???!
Question: Good God!!! I just watched a most excellent action movie, starring Raquel Welch, which was the 1972 drive-in flick, "Kansas City Bomber"; I was too young to remember the knock-down powerhouse days of '70's roller derby, but I would sure like to see this bang-up sport see a comeback. Until such time, seeing how dynamic and outrageous this sport is, does anyone know if there are any more films which depict this sport. I would be most interested in getting whatever information I can lay my hands on.

...if you can find it, seek out a videotape copy of the exploitive 1972 film, "Unholy Rollers" (...it has not been released on DVD...at least, not yet); as it was released the same year as "Kansas City Bomber", it played as the second-rate co-feature, when it played at the drive-in theaters, with "Kansas..."
I do know there is one in the making called "Whip It" It will be Drew Barrymore's directorial debut!
