She is speaking of his dead end life...especially when he can now feel that something is horribly wrong...and he just can't put a finger on it. Neo knows that there is more to existence than that which he sees. Trinity is simply saying out loud...what Neo has been thinking and feeling all his life. He knows where this existence ends...Nowhere!

Being a slum in the streets. A Nobody, a normal person.

Which he didnt like, thats why he followed the Rabbit.

Trinity doesn't mean that EXACT road, or any road for that matter. It is a figure of speech. It means you've done something before and you know what the consequences are. She's just trying to convince him to take her advice and change his way of thinking.

Let's say you and I were talking and I told you that I have been trying to climb Mount Kilimanjaro, but kept falling off. You might try to convince me to stop trying to climb it. You'd say, "Try climbing a smaller mountain than Kilimanjaro...you've been down that road before".

I hope that helps out.
