Question: They only came through some portal at night from thier own world. I only vaguely remember it but i remember that he was green and not pretty, the key thing was that if a light went on he would become a bundle of clothes (that he was wearing). This guy was a good guy but there was a fatter smaller one i think and others who wernt.

was fred savage in it? i think it was "little monsters". could be wrong.
I remember something similar that was called 'Bump in the Night', not sure if its the same thing!

The "scary" one was Little Monsters. I thought it was scary too :) That's a movie shot with real people (Fred Savage). I think you're confusing it with the not-so-scary (Pixar I think) movie, Monster Inc.
