List of movies that show teenagers making mistakes because of alcohol?!
Question: I'm working on a paper and I want to mention some of the movies out there. My stance in the paper is that the age for purchasing/drinking alcohol in the United States should remain 21. One of the reasons being that teenagers make bad decision right now because of alcohol, why make it legal for them to drink.

I was trying to find others that focus on drinking, but most also deal with drugs. "Sarah T" is an older film, but it still should be a good example; the stars are the very young Linda Blair and Mark Hamill. I'm sure there are some Lifetime movies, but I couldn't track down the titles.

Alpha dog is the only one I can think of right off, it's drug related as well. However, as the age for drinking goes I don't see why a person shouldn't be able to drink if they can goto war and kill at 18... there's a lot of 21 year olds who are not as mature as some 18 year olds are. I don't think that 3 years makes a big difference in a person's attitude which is the cause of immature drinking.

there is an old movie called kidz. I think it came out around 97. Its about this group of kids that range from 13-18 i believe. it shows what happens to kids when they are drinking and partying young.In the movie they show a bunch of kids all partying and passing out. then one of the boys notices the girls are passed out and starts to have sex with them. at the end of the movie you find out that the boys has aids. Great movie!!
