Question: I was searching for yrs for this 80s horror movie ...and i don't remember the name of it ....it is about something came from space to earth and then there is a dog ate it and turn to like monster then he spread it to humans ...i remember there is a hospital where people looks like zombie and mices there...sorry for less info if you know a movie like this pls tell the name...:)

Kind of sounds like "Night of the Creeps", although the dog wasn't the first to get infected.
