I would rent it first, and then buy it if you like it.
Personally, I thought the movie was incredible. I loved the way the story unfolded. The structure of the film was great because it unfolded in a way where you didnt know what was going to happen next, and you weren't really sure what directions the film was going to go in. The performances were stunning, especially those of Saorise Ronan, James McAvoy, Keira Knightley and Vanessa Redgrave. The direction was perfect, and the music was haunting, and I loved the way that the music almost became a character in the film. Overall I thought the film was devestating, and it left me heart-broken for days. Its one of those films thats hard to forget after you've seen it. It really is a remarkable film.
It's a really good film but it's never a bad idea to rent it first to see if you'll ever want to watch it again.

if i were u i would rent it first then buy it. cuz i wanted to buy it and i ended up renting it and seeing it and i was disappointed w/ the whole movie so now i am glad i didn't spend my money on buying it.
It's a really good movie, although a little heavy on loud, dramatic music. I would recommend that you rent it first as it might not suit your taste. Also, the book is good as well.
I'd rent first. It's an acting masterclass but I didn't think I enjoyed it that much. However, it has stuck in my mind alot since watching it so maybe I will watch again one day!!
ITS A STUNNING MOVIE!
The movie is absolutely beautiful. The direction is perfect, the performances are heart-breaking, the music is sensational and the story is powerful on every level. The ending left me in shock and devestated for days. Persoanlly, I think its one of the best movies of 2007.
its a vey nice show. however the ending is not a gd one.. im not sure its worth buying..i don think its those movie that u will keep watching..
