Looking for 1980's PBS movie, possibly named Buster?!
Question: Here's what I remember: small, odd-looking kid who is into magic. He likes a girl, but then there's something about an older kid with a cool bike. He puts panty hose on his head and likes the trick where you pretend to pull a long piece of ribbon from your mouth. I'm almost positive the kid's name was Buster.
It came on PBS a lot through the 80's. Maybe it was British or Canadian?

I think you're talking about the Danish movie "Busters verden", released in 1984.
