Name of a horror movie I've been looking for, for ages?!
Question: Looking for a movie I saw on TV ages ago.
Set in the dark ages a beautiful dark haired woman is accused of witchcraft by this evil priest type dude. Evil dude sleeps in a bed with a sword of Damocles hanging above him.
The evil dude is in love with the beautiful woman he's accused of witchcraft, and when she refuses to marry him (or some such) he has her tortured. I remember specifically that he has her tongue cut out, and that she's wearing a white dress and has blood all down her front.
There is also this old crone in the movie who really is a witch and gives the woman a potion to put her in the sleep of death so everyone will think that the woman is dead. (Sort of a Romeo Juliette type potion.) Towards the end the woman comes up out of a stone coffin scaring the evil dude. The old woman is burned at the stake, but not before she gobbles up a bunch of gunpowder causing her to blow up. Her bones and stuff were sticking out of villagers faces and was gross and cool.
