Anyone else really like the 1978 military movie - The Wild Geese?!
Question: I haven't seen it since it was on HBO around 1979-80, but I recall watching it nearly every time it was on. I'd like to see it again to see if I have true memories of it. Back then, there was only HBO, which wasn't on 24 hours a day and didn't have the array of films it does now. So, you could rack up a lot of viewings if you liked a certain film.
Face it: That's an amazing cast: Richard Burton, Roger Moore, Richard Harris, Hardy Kruger, Stewart Granger and many other standout actors!
It would be so nice if movie channels would air films from the Seventies and even Eighties more often. The Sixties is practically a lost era, with very few movies airing. *SIGH*
What would be interesting is to see if this film DOES crop up soon. Why? You would be astonished how often some film mentioned on Y!A shows up on TV not long after; the majority are movies I haven't seen on cable listings for many years. So, maybe I should check the schedules.

I guess my question would be if no one else likes that movie will you change your mind about it?
