It was a film about a couple of a couple of stupid knuckleheads who are tired of being stuck in their basement where they have dozens of T.V.s all playing stupid horror movies and they decide to leave the house and they decide to leave the house and go to a theater where they stay and watch stupid horror movies from dusk until dawn.

...I remember, oh so many years ago, purchasing a videotape in the bargain basement bin, which showed something very much similar to what you describe; if I recall correctly, it was just chuck-ful of trailers and clips from some of the worst grade 'b' and grade 'z' cult and horror films ever made. Gimme a moment, and I'm willing to bet that I can find this for you....

A-ha!!! Found it!!! And you might be very surprised that this was one of the first things done by actor Steve Buscemi, who played one of the 'knuckleheads'; the movie is "Film House Fever"...
Good Gawd!!! I hace not seen this compilation in so long, and although it is probably buried quite deep in my videotape collection, well, I'm just gonna have to dig it up....
