...little did I actually think that I was actually going to go back, and reexamine your silly 'drunken' question, but the sound effect, in which you describe (...a whispering "chi-choo, chi-choo"), really started prying on my mind, as something vaguely familiar. In fact, quite candidly, I found myself repeating the sound to myself, all morning. Finally, it struck me, as to where I've heard this, before, as it sounds very much like the giant spider creature in the Godzilla movies, named Kumonga, also known as Spiga, in the 1967 film, "Son of Godzilla"...
