...however, my hat's definitely off to you, as far as your observation of this underlining concept, as most folks may not have immediately or consciously keyed in on this, when seeing "Chitty Chitty..."; even the list of pedophile films on 'wikikpedia' doesn't list "Chitty..." as such, but if one truly gives this concept some serious after-thought, the underlining idea is definitely there, in the film...
