I dont know what the actors name was in real life , but that was basicaly the guy left in charge of the crew when the leader went away. They pulled out his teeth to teach others a lesson and so the other guy could take over as leader. He probably didnt do anything wrong but they felt he shouldnt be leader so basicaly made something up about him to make him look bad , killed him so the other guy could be in charge.
