Cliffhanger was the better movie, it had Stallone, and even though the main bad guy was the dude from third rock from the sun and was very lame it is the better of the two.
Vertical limit is a good movie, i will watch it whenever it comes on, but that has to be the worst rescue mission ever, send 8 people to rescue three and in the end only 3 survive, best part is where he jumps the cliff or the part where the dude gets his leg snapped in the beginning, ouch

But Day after tomorrow. Star Wars, King kong and Alien vs Preditor is way better than both of them to be honest mate!

Vertical Limit. Yeah, why would they send 8 people out to save 3? But, at least it doesn't have Stallone in it. The only characters that man can play well are the two he is trying to keep alive....Rambo and Rocky.
