Question: I loved There Will Be Blood, but I tend to understand films better when I hear the opinion of people who weren't so impressed. Is there anyone like that who can share their arguments against the movie.

Maybe,it's too heavy and overly long.Plus some people probably find this film a little bit political.But,for me it's just a few mild and subtle critics on capitalism and religion
I have yet to see it BUT I have not heard anything negative about it.
I thought "instant classic" when I saw this film. Most people liked it, but one of my friends thought the acting was over done and too long. I disagree, but everyone is entitled to their opinion.
Amazing film, they just didn't get it....probably to slow for them... I love the soundtrack in that movie.
