Who else thought the ending to No Country For Old Men was stupid!???!
Question: Seriously you end a movie with so many unanswered questions, they did the same dam thing on the finally of Sopranos.God Dam It! I feel so cheated and let down. I really hope this isn't the new craze for ending what could of been a good movie in Hollywood!

Me - a movie should provide some closure at the end.
I hate endings like that too. It rattles my brain for a while then I have to stop and remind myself that it's only a movie. It's quite annoying. ;P
Didn't think it was 'stupid' persay, but I thought it could've had a better ending that fit the movie a little better.
It was great. The director was not concerned about making a ending that would make everyone happy.
yea, my parents hated the ending too. One of my friends loved the movie, another liked it but the ending kinda sucked. I havent seen it yet tho. But apparently it was worse then the sopranos. At least with the sopranos, most of the plots had come to end.
try not to think about it from the view of the good guys. try to think about it from the point of view from the killer. he got all his marks, and then some. And he got away. happy ending for him.

I kinda in a way liked it but it did bring dissappointment.
I loved the ending. All my questions were answered.I felt it was perfect. You wanted the bad guy to die so bad, but it is the sign of the times. In his eyes the bad guy was the good guy. I mean it was twisted and real.
You completely missed the point of the movie. The theme was that the generations are passing by and becoming increasingly more violent, and Tommy Lee's character is watching it happen. Therefore the end would just pass on by, and he'd be left to question everything.
It was the perfect ending.
I hated the ending. Your right so many unanswered questions: So did Lewellyn's wife die? Did the killer die from his injuries? Was he captured by police because he couldn't escape due to his injuries?
And of course the #1 question: Did the boys split the $100?
