Ok, i am looking for this movie, about a hooker?!
Question: ok. i watched this movie, it was either chinese or japanese. it was about this pedicab driver(i beleive thats whatthere called). hes like a taxi driver except on a bick. well anyway he takes this hooker to all her jobs, and then one night he saves up enough money to buy her,but instead of having sex, he lets her sleep in this really nice hotel.theres this scene were hes putting like medicine or something on her back, and then at the end they are walking under these trees and thers red flower pedals falling on them.
does anybody know the name of this movie?
i also remember something about htis really deformed guy and this girl who worked in a feild for him. this may be a different movie, if you know what it is i would love to know it also?

it kind of sounds like Memoirs of a Geisha. but there was no "taxi driver" and hotel scene. the ending is like that, though. that's when she gets her danna. and there was a man who had scars on his face who was named Nobu. she wasn't working for him, she had to leave her home because of WWII. and he comes back to tell her what has happened (years later).
