Agonizing over this movie quote?!

with emphasis on "thought" and "new" . i thought it was ten things i hate about you or the prince and me. so, apparently julia stiles.
it could be drive me crazy as well. im not willing to spend money and time renting one of these to find out, so if you know off the cuff what movie that might be from, itd be great

In "10 Things I Hate About You", Julia Stiles does say a version of that to Heath Ledger when he's talking to her near her car after she's been in the music store. It's not long before she crashes her car into~ooh!~the commercial guy's car. I can't think of the actor's name!
Hmmm... I think I'm wrong on that. It's been several months since I've seen the film. I thought perhaps that was the remark she made to him, but now I'm not so sure.
