I am legend Special Two Disc Edition?!
Question: So I was watching I am legend last night, one of the last highly anticipated films of 2007. I had hoped that this film would be the solution to the countless number of “terrible ending” films of 07 but of course as I predicted it wasn’t much different. So my question is in this special edition DVD there is supposed to be an alternative version or ending or some crap like that what is it?(the real one please I‘ve read some question asked on here with so many different answers). for that matter I also keep hearing about how it sucked compared to the book of course we should know by now that all films converted from books, comics or anything else for that matter suck simply because they never stay true to the storyline anyway can you tell me what the ending in the book is as well?.

In the book, Neville is captured by the vampires that inhabit the world. Neville was careless and made a mistake basically to sum up how it happened. As he was imprisoned among their ranks, he then talks to a couple of them and then realizes how in human folklore, legends are those things that seem so beyond imagination yet we hear proof of their existence and now he in that sense is a legend to them. He is put on trial and before they slaughter him he again reminds the reader of this thought.
