Yeah...it WAS good. Now, there are better ones but it was the best in its time...

I consider being able to see movies and plays and shows and hear music very lucky. They add a bit of colour and poetry to life. Not sure how historically accurate the movie details are or what the veterans thought about it, but Pearl Harbour shows the courage, loyalty and bravery of the characters, and that love and life are complicated and not just happy ever after and you have to make the best of it.

Yes, some eyars ago. Nice movie, nice love story, bit in my opinion a little incredible!

I watched it at the drive in movies when I was pregnant with my first baby. I remember it well because we had watched Disney's Atlantis just before Pearl Harbor (double features) and we were unaware of the fact that we were supposed to start up the engine during intermission so when Pearl Harbor was over around 1am and we went to leave, our car wouldn't start. The battery was dead. Super! We had to go up to the office and ask if they had jumper cables and convince someone to help us out... The people in the office were like, "Was this your first time?" Hmmm... How did they know?

I know that's a lot, but whenever I think about Pearl Harbor I think of that! Yes, it was a good movie! I know it had me crying at different times... :-)

They used to show that Joss Stone(I think) song with the visuals of Kate Beckinsale and Ben. I saw a pirated theater copy version of the DVD and when Ben returns, you can hear all the people in the theater go ooh.

I find it to be a horrible bastardization of history. If you like the love story great.
